Linda Martin

Linda is co-founder and partner of Transformative Data Sciences, a leading-edge AI and advanced analytics technology company focused on helping companies advance their use of AI in a controlled environment and solve their most pressing business needs. Her deep knowledge of biopharma R&D processes and data, software development, and application of AI, data, and machine learning enables Linda to identify high-value use cases for positive, tangible, and value-driven results.
Prior, Linda founded and is the former head of a prestigious global data analytics and technology firm (KMR Group) focused on biopharma R&D. She was responsible for all aspects of the business and the chief architect of the company’s strategy, product design, data acquisition and technology platform, including its software development and advanced analytics programs and services. Linda developed over 13 proprietary client-facing tools, each purpose-built to process millions of proprietary data records into statistics, data models, and insights, all in a regulated environment. Linda is responsible for its phenomenal growth and stellar reputation amongst the world’s leading and most innovative biopharma companies in the world. She led its successful acquisition in 2017.
Linda is an avid proponent of using AI and advanced analytics to address pressing organizational needs. She works closely with senior leadership on AI data transformation strategy and data application, including how to use and apply AI based on the intent as well as outlining the roadmap for attaining success. She helps clients become comfortable with AI and works towards a client-directed solution, including helping to address their data needs, interpreting datasets, developing models, benchmarking, creating insights, and informing strategy.
Arnoldo Muller
Co-Founder and Advisor
Arnoldo founded simMachines, an award-winning similarity company. simMachines pioneered the field of Explainable A.I., successfully deploying the technology in Fortune 500 companies. The company was acquired by InRule Inc. in 2021. Before becoming an entrepreneur, Arnoldo was a postdoc at the Max Planck Institute for Molecular Biomedicine. He began his career at Intel developing data extraction and transformation tools for factory and financial data.
Arnoldo holds a Ph.D. and MSc from Kyushu Institute of Technology Japan. His work in AI has been featured in well-known publications such as Forbes and awarded by MIT Technology Review TR35. Arnoldo is affiliated with the University of Chicago, where he builds a wearable technology commissioned by the University and Schmidt Futures focused on Early Childhood Education.
George Zoghaib
Co-Founder and Advisor
George is a successful entrepreneur with over +20 years of experience in Software Development and Quality Assurance, as well as Data Analytics and Data Science projects. He’s a Co-Founder of TestingSoft SA, a Costa Rican company with over +16 years in the market providing Software and Data Quality, as well as Automation services, to multiple US organizations in several spaces, including Financial, HealthCare, Educational, Marketing, Networks, Logistics, and others.
George has worked in several companies, including startups and small boutique development shops, as well as in big enterprises such as Intel and Hewlett-Packard. He has vast experience in People Management and Software Development methodologies, driving global teams of over 40 engineers in Costa Rica, The Philippines, Belgium, Prague, and the US. He has worked as a QA Director, Engineering Director, Project Manager, and ITIL Foundations Certified Delivery Manager for different organizations.
